How do I book a tour?

It's easy. You can book directly online at www.monbeauparis.com (see steps below) or by telephone on +33 (0)6 50 69 66 91. When you book online, click on "Our Tours", then click on “Book Now” and select the date and schedule you wish to book for. The availability of the dates and times is automatically confirmed with booking. If a tour is not available on the day you want, please try for a different date. Choose the cost indicated that matches your situation and finalize your booking by completing the form details and paying online.

Do I need to confirm my tour?

There is no need to confirm your tour. The ticket form that is sent to you by email serves as a booking confirmation.

Do you offer hotel pickup?

Afraid not, all transportation between your hotel and the tour starting point is not included in our service not offered as an optional service. All such related costs are borne by you.

Can I book a private/family/corporate tour or do I have to be in a group to take a tour?

Of course you can. All our tours are available in individual/family/corporate versions. Please contact our Mon Beau Paris Service by phone or email to find out how Mon Beau Paris can arrange everything for you at favorable rates as well as tailor the tours to meet your specific needs.

Can I book several tours at once?

That’s a good idea!! Yes, of course. You can book and buy several tours in one transaction. Go to "Our Tours", select the first tour you are interested in, and follow the steps to fill your basket. Then return to The “Our Tours” section and choose another tour that interests you and repeat the same steps.

How can I make a change to my booking?

To make any change to your booking, please contact our Mon Beau Paris service. Please note: you can add or remove participants up to 72 hours before the start time of the tour you have booked without incurring charges.

How do I know that my payment has been accepted?

You will receive an email confirming your payment has been accepted at the address given at the time of booking.

How do I get confirmation of my tour booking?

You will receive confirmation of your booking by an email confirming your payment has been accepted at the address given at the time of booking.

What happens once my reservation is booked?

Once your bank has authorized payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all information related to your booking which includes practical details relating to your tour including start time, meeting point, full description of the tour, confirmation of the number of people etc.,.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking and receive a refund of up to 90% of the payment made up to 72 hours before the start of the tour you booked. Any cancellation less than 72 hours before the start time of the tour you have booked will not be reimbursed.

I booked my tour by phone and have not paid yet. How can I pay for my tour?

If you have a European credit card, you can use this credit card to pay the guide just before the start of the tour as all our guides are equipped with a payment terminal. If you have a non-European credit card, please contact our Mon Beau Paris Service.

What happens if it rains, if it is hot and sunny?

Our tours are guaranteed to take place whatever the weather except in the event of exceptional or dangerous weather conditions. If, on the day of your trip, the weather turns out to be very sunny or rainy, we will provide you with bottles of water or an umbrella so that you can still enjoy the tour every step of the way.

What happens if Mon Beau Paris is forced to cancel a tour at the last minute?

Two contexts: In the case of exceptional circumstances beyond our control that require us to cancel a tour (weather, conditions, public security and safety measures, etc.) The tour will be cancelled and no refund will be given. In the case of a cancellation for reasons that are deemed to be under our responsibility (such as the absence of a guide, an error in the booking system...), we will either reimburse you within 7 business days or offer the option to find a new date for your tour.
